BOOKING ADDITIONAL LANES

• If you have more than 10 guests, you will need additional lanes.  Limit: 5 guests per lane.    Please understand  that there may be other bowlers on the lanes next to you. 

• If you planned for additional lanes (above the 2 lane minimum) and on the day of the party you find that you don't need one of your additional lanes, there is no charge for reducing your reservations for additional lanes  We would however, appreciate as much advanced notice as possible.

 

DEPOSIT/CANCELATION/OTHER

• A $60 deposit is required to secure your lanes.  The deposit will be applied to final amount owed.

• The deposit must be received within 3 days of your booking or your reservation will be released.

• The deposit is withheld if you cancel your party the day of the event or if you are a no show.

 

CHECK IN

• Arrive about 20 minutes prior to reservation. Tell your guests to be there 10 minutes before

• Pay the balance remaining for your reservation during check in. 

• The front desk will inform you what lanes you are assigned & show you to your party tables.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, your lanes are not guaranteed and may be released.

 

BOWLING

• No more than 5 bowlers per lane regardless of age and skill.

• We highly suggest  the Bumpers bowlers 10 and younger (Adults should not use bumpers regardless of skill) Any damage caused by adults use will incur repair costs.

• At least 1 adult must be present at all times during the party.

• All bowlers must wear bowling shoes and follow all safety warnings to prevent injuries.

• The bowling begins 15 minutes after the reservation time or when the first ball is thrown, whichever occurs first.  The bowling time is continuous and can’t be “paused”.

 

PARTY AREA

• Our staff will show you to your designated tables (In some cases you may not be able to set up early if a party is finishing up before you) 

• Please provide your own birthday cake.  Ice cream is also allowed.   ANY OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

• Please provide your own tableware, tablecloth, utensils and decorations.  If you need utensils or plates we can help you out.  

• Decorations are allowed, - No silly string, streamers or confetti please!

• As your party raps up, please clean up and help us keep the schedule flowing for other potential parties behind you.
